For years, I allowed the negative voice in my head to convince me I was not worthy. I sought love from outside sources instead of learning to love myself. The change happened when I began a deep relationship with my soul. I began seeing opportunities and blessings in the things I resisted. I released old patterns and beliefs and gave myself permission to be me.

Now, I can honestly say I deeply love the woman I am. 

Our soul has two parts: our human being and our spiritual being. To find true self-love, we must empower our spiritual self so we can align with our destiny and gift this world with our authentic magic.
