If you reside in Southern California or San Diego, Palm Springs is just a few hours away by car. For those living out of state, Palm Springs Airport (PSP) is a delightful boutique International Airport that adds to the charming experience. The retreat venue is conveniently located just 20 minutes away from the airport.

Immerse yourself in a transformative three-day retreat filled with meditation, healing sounds, nourishing meals, nature adventures, meaningful connections, spiritual practices, energy healing, and insightful messages from intuition and beyond. Our first day is an excursion to the world famous integratron and nearby Joshua Tree. Lunch is included at a delightful nationally recognized restaurant. Each day you will have a healthy homemade lunch and dinner on Saturday night.

This exclusive retreat will take place at a stunning private home nestled in the breathtaking Andreas Canyon of Palm Springs, California.

No pets allowed.

The event venue is in near the Andreas Canyon Trailhead. There are numerous hotels off the 111, as well as Airbnb's in the area.  Some hotels include: Palm Canyon Resort, Ocotillo Lodge - Mid Century Modern Pad, Ace Hotel, The V Powered by Sonder, any hotels around this area will put you within 10 minutes of the venue. Staying at any of the hotels in downtown Palm Springs is also convenient.

Spiritunity, LLC understands that unexpected events can arise that can affect your plans. If you decide to cancel the retreat after paying, if before April 30th, you will receive a refund minus $100. After that date, there will be no refunds. 

Unexpected circumstances that are out of Spiritunity's control:

Spiritunity LLC is not liable under the circumstances of natural disaster, war, pandemic, failure by the venue, or other situations.

We highly recommend travel insurance that will protect you should you need to cancel.

Standard Terms for the Purchase of Online and Taught Courses and Retreats

These terms and conditions apply to Services provided by Austyn Wells, Spiritual Medium, and Soul Gardener (“Spiritunity LLC” or “we” or “us”).

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

These Terms and Conditions will apply to booking with Spiritunity LLC. Please read them carefully.

These Terms shall constitute the entire agreement between Spiritunity LLC and the retreat participant relating to the subject matter herein and constitute a binding agreement. There is no verbal or written representation, warranty, prior agreement, or description of services other than as expressed herein.

The contract and booking are agreed upon, and Spiritunity LLC will provide services. By booking a retreat, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions that govern the relationship, the cancellation policy, and limitations of liability.

BOOKING RETREAT 

All persons wishing to make a booking have carefully read and understand the Terms and Conditions that follow. By purchasing a retreat package with Spiritunity LLC, you accept on behalf of yourself and all those named on the booking, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when Spiritunity LLC sends a confirmation email, and when you have completed the deposit payment. 

Spiritunity LLC only offers retreats and related activities to those 18 and over.

Booking this retreat does not include travel insurance, airfare, hotels, or shuttle. Please know that some meals will be provided.

PAYMENT POLICY 

A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 per person is required for the AWSM Family retreat. This deposit is taken upon booking the retreat. Spaces are only confirmed with the deposit payment. Deposits are paid via the Spiritunity LLC website with a credit card. 

Failure to pay the balance on the set due date will mean that your place is NOT secured and will be offered to a waiting list. 

REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY 

We understand that unexpected events can arise that can affect your plans.

If you decide to cancel the retreat after paying the deposit, the deposit is non-refundable.

Unexpected circumstances that are out of Spiritunity LLC’s control: 

Spiritunity LLC is not liable under natural disasters, war, pandemics, failure by the venue, or other situations that are out of Spiritunity LLC’s control. 

Cancellation less than 10 days before the retreat start date, there will be no refund. 
We highly recommend travel insurance that will protect you should you cancel.   

RETREAT ITINERARY CHANGES

Spiritunity LLC reserves the right to alter retreat programs and itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or other circumstances. These programs may be changed or canceled at any moment due to the trip to assure the safety of our participants and staff. No responsibility is accepted for losses, or expenses due to delays, changes of flights, or other services because of strikes, accidents, sickness, damage, negligence, weather, war, changes in schedules, or other similar causes. Spiritunity LLC and its partners do not assume responsibility for accidents or deaths that can be traced to the participant’s negligence, acts of third parties, or exterior circumstances such as weather, natural occurrences, war, or other similar causes.

CANCELLATION OF A RETREAT BY Spiritunity LLC

Spiritunity LLC reserves the right to cancel any retreat for any reason but will not cancel a retreat less than 30 days before the retreat start date except for unusual or unforeseen circumstances outside Spiritunity LLC's control. When Spiritunity LLC cancels a retreat before the agreed date of departure for any reason other than the fault of the participant, the participant can either:

Receive a full refund of all monies paid under the contract as soon as possible.

Spiritunity LLC is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that the participant may have incurred because of the booking such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail, non-refundable car parking or other fees, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment, etc. 

LIABILITY

Spiritunity LLC  is not responsible for any improper or non-performance of any services forming part of the Contract which are wholly attributable to the fault of the participant, the unforeseeable or unavoidable act or omission of a third party unconnected with the provision of any services to be provided under the Contract; unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of Spiritunity LLC and/or the relevant supplier, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised including (but not limited to) an event of force majeure; or any event which Spiritunity LLC  and/or the relevant supplier could not even with all due care have foreseen or forestalled.

Spiritunity LLC shall in no event be held liable for any loss or other damages including but not limited to special incidental, consequential, or other damages.

BEHAVIOR

Spiritunity LLC reserves the right to ask participants to leave the retreat if their behavior is disruptive to the running of the retreat or other participants or staff. If you withdraw from the retreat at any time or if you are requested to leave due to disruptive behavior, no part of the retreat fee shall be refunded. In the case of our decision to ask you to leave, all matters arising from a dispute are subject to English law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS & SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

The participant must inform Spiritunity LLC on our registration form of any medical conditions, pregnancy, disability, or any other mental and or physical condition that may affect fitness to travel, including medications you are currently taking. Failure to notify us may result in the participant being refused certain activities during the retreat at the participant’s own expense. Some retreats may be unsuitable for participants due to age, mobility, disability, pregnancy, or physical or mental conditions, please email if you have concerns.

You must be accurate with your fitness level and medical conditions for your safety.

Spiritunity LLC will do its best to meet special requests including dietary or physical limitations. Still, such requests may only sometimes be possible depending on the retreat, in which case Spiritunity LLC reserves the right to refuse participants with certain conditions.

As a participant, you MUST carry medical insurance. Medical facilities vary from country to country. Spiritunity LLC will do its absolute best to bring you to a proper medical facility as needed but makes no representations and gives no warranties about the standard of such treatment.

CANCELLATION OF A RETREAT BY Spiritunity LLC

Spiritunity LLC reserves the right to cancel any retreat for any reason but will not cancel a retreat less than 30 days before the retreat start date except for unusual or unforeseen circumstances outside Spiritunity LLC's control. When Spiritunity LLC cancels a retreat before the agreed date of departure for any reason other than the fault of the participant, the participant can either:

TRAVEL AND HEALTH INSURANCE

The participant acknowledges that the cost of Spiritunity LLC retreats does not include insurance and that the participant has been advised to obtain separate coverage at an additional cost. When obtaining travel insurance, the participant must ensure the insurer is aware of the type of travel to be undertaken.

Spiritunity LLC recommends participants obtain travel medical insurance. This insurance must cover personal injury and emergency medical expenses including, but not limited to, helicopter evacuation and air ambulance.

It is strongly recommended the coverage be extended to include cancellation, curtailment, and all other expenses that might arise because of loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience occurring to the participant during travel. Spiritunity LLC shall have no liability for loss, theft of, or damage to baggage or personal effects. Personal belongings lost or stolen while unattended by the participant in public lounges or other public areas, whether on board a train, bus, or other mode of transportation, publicly owned or operated by Spiritunity LLC or elsewhere, are not reimbursable. Losses due to ordinary wear and tear, and other acts of God are not reimbursable. Spiritunity LLC cannot accept responsibility for and in no event shall be liable for loss or damage of valuables or other articles left in or on facilities used by Spiritunity LLC such as hotels, huts, expedition vehicles, or any other mode of transportation.

CLAIMS & COMPLAINTS

If a participant has a complaint against Spiritunity LLC, the participant must first inform the retreat leaders at the earliest opportunity to allow the grievance to be rectified. If satisfaction is not reached, contact the Spiritunity LLC Chief of Operations whilst on retreat so that Spiritunity LLC is provided the opportunity to rectify the matter. Failure to indicate dissatisfaction whilst on retreat will result in the participant’s ability to claim compensation from Spiritunity LLC being extinguished or at least reduced. If satisfaction is still not reached through these means on retreat, then any further complaint must be put in writing to Spiritunity LLC within 30 days of the end of the trip.

PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

The participant acknowledges he or she may be visiting places where the political, cultural, and geographical attributes present certain risks, dangers, and physical challenges greater than those in their daily life. By booking travel with Spiritunity LLC, the participant acknowledges they have considered the potential risks, dangers, and challenges, and expressly assumes the risks attendant to such travel conditions. The participant is solely responsible for acquainting themselves with customs, weather conditions, physical challenges, and laws in effect at each stop along the itinerary and is encouraged to locate or make contact before embarkation with their local embassy or consulate at the trip destination.

SAFETY AND TRIP ENJOYMENT

We take your safety and well-being very seriously, which is why we partner with trained professionals for all our retreats. However, you are ultimately responsible for your safety, so we ask all retreat participants to sign a liability waiver before departure. To avoid possibly dangerous situations, you must obey any rules and regulations imposed by the AWSM Family retreat leaders and/or local guides and instructions given by them.

PHOTOS, VIDEO AND CONTENT CREATION

During participation in a AWSM Family retreat, photos or videos may be taken by participants, guides, and professional photographers. These images may be used in any Spiritunity LLC promotional materials, website, all social media platforms (i.e. Instagram), etc., unless participants specifically request to the photographer or in writing to Spiritunity LLC, not to use any material your image is depicted in. Otherwise, permission is granted to Spiritunity LLC to perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes.

DATA PROTECTION

To ensure that retreats run smoothly, Spiritunity LLC will need to use personal information (such as name, address, special needs, health conditions, dietary requirements, etc.) provided by participants to AWSM Family Retreat, and pass on such information to other outfitters/guides or suppliers involved in the operation of the retreat. Spiritunity LLC will apply appropriate security measures to protect such personal data and will only pass on data that applies to outfitters or suppliers responsible for the retreat. By completing the AWSM Family Retreat 2024 Retreat Booking Form, participants consent to transferring this information as required.

ACCEPTANCE OF RISK

The participant acknowledges that the nature of the retreat is adventurous and may involve a significant amount of personal risk. The participant assumes all such risk and releases Spiritunity LLC from all claims and causes of action arising from any damages, injuries, or death resulting from these inherent risks.

UPDATING OF TERMS & CONDITIONS

Spiritunity LLC reserves the right to update and/or alter these terms and conditions at any time, and it is the participant’s responsibility to be familiar with them.
